We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the jagged mountains beyond. The ski slopes were just a short distance away, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes. The service was top-notch, with room service available for our every need. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities and a mini-bar provided. We loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the stunning scenery. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were nice touches that added to the overall comfort of our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Rooms are spaceaous and view from rooms is great.
The hotel is badly maintained, lacks apparently on funds for renovation as by no means on a 4 star level.

nothing was extra ordinary in the hotel.
The hotel does not smell nice, when we wanted to check out of the hotel in the morning we went to the reception and lobby and all the lights were off and no receptionist at the reception desk, the cleanliness and the breakfast menu was poor, dinner was cold..

Warm and caring staff, like a family house, excellent food, spacious and well-kept rooms, fabulous views of the lake, helpful and friendly staff.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Rooms too small, old (holes in the carpet!), walls not sound-proof, the TV had only 4 channels: simply put the hotel is a 3 stars, not a 4 stars

Walking distance to the station and view from the room were both impressive. The free swimming pool and the free shuttle service were useful bonuses.
Rooms were outdated, furniture was shabby and needed an update, and the hotel seemed understaffed. The hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating and was overpriced for what it offers.

First of all the rooms have a glass wall to the Alps! The hotel is situated in the centre of Montana but not on a noisy street and is surrounded by firs. What make it special: is the owner, Mrs. Marianne Walcher, is almost all the time there, very efficient, very kind and that gives you the feeling that you are in a family. The staff was also very helpful.

I was expecting a 4 star category but from my experience this was nothing more then a 3 star which needed some refurbishement

The rooms were spacious and quiet with amazing views. The breakfast had a nice selection of items, including made-to-order eggs. Staff were extremely helpful despite language barriers. This hotel was very reasonably priced.
Nothing not too like.

The woodwork in the hotel and the home fee.
The spa was not open enough. The shower in the spa was only cold water.

Located close to the Y-Coor bus stop, this hotel offers easy access to the jagged mountains beyond. It's situated next to the station for convenient transportation and is only a short walk to the ski slopes. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great view, and the breakfast selection is excellent. the staff is attentive and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
Some of the hotel facilities are aging, such as the decor in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak in some areas.
